Flows inside a solution run as whoever's connection binds to the reference at import. Let that default to "whoever clicked import" and flows break when that person leaves — or worse, keep running as them.
Decide the service-account identity per connector before the import, and bind connection references deliberately during it. Audit quarterly for flows running as departed humans.
